MUST BE POSTMARKED March 1, 2006!
All
championship classes will be 2 go-rounds with no short go.
Payback will 80% with 50/50 split each go.
Added money will be split equally between divisions.
Open 4D is 1/2, 1/2, full second split (35, 30, 20, 15).
Senior and Youth is 3D with full second splits (50, 30,
20).
State Champions will be determined by best average of two
runs for horse and rider combination in each division.
You may enter as many horses as you wish. NBHA rules apply.
Dress code and hat rule will be enforced.
You may pre-enter Open 4D Sweepstakes for Friday to be in
the draw.
Books close when the first horse runs.
